Metro, page 7Services for Fredric Raymond White, 72, of Berwick, who died of emphysema Thursday at Mercy Hospital Medical Center, will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Hamilton’s Funeral Home. Burial will be in Moon Cemetery in Macksburg.
Mr. White was born in Lowry City, Mo. And lived in the Des Moines area most of his life. A retired tire worker for Armstrong Rubber Co., he was a member of Stave’s Memorial United Methodist Church, a World War II veteran and a member and past president of the Armstrong Retirees Club.
Survivors include his wife, Geri; three daughters, Ann Krathwhol of St. Petersburg, Fla., Opal Coldiron of Colfax and Dorothy Razor of Colorado Springs, Colo.; a son, Fred of Grinnell; a stepdaughter, Dee Fisher of Nampa, Idaho; a sister, Opal Wirienius of Las Vegas, Nev.; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
