MRS. ELMER CONARD

Mrs. Elmer Conard died at the home of her mother in law, last Friday, Feb. 20th. Mr. and Mrs. Conard had moved in to take care of his mother, who has been very sick. Mrs. Conard leaves a husband and two small children to mourn her loss.

Mrs. Elmer Conard

Jennie Swaab was born at Omaha, September 28, 1889, and died February 20, at St. Charles, Iowa, aged 30 years, 4 months and 23 days. She was married September 26, 1906 to Elmer Conard. To this union were born two children, Pearl age 11, Gladys age 9, who with her husband, two half brothers William and Henry and one sister, Mona, survive her.

Up to the time of her marriage she lived at Winterset with Mr. and Mrs. Daniel McConley who kindly cared for her as daughter, her mother having died when she was just two days old. She belonged to the Presbyterian church at Winterset and has lived a faithful christian life.
