WILLIAM P. GRESHAM

William Philip Gresham was born Dec. 5, 1879, near Booneville, and departed this life Feb. 12, 1922, at the age of 43 years, 2 months and 7 days. He was united in marriage to Miss May Dillon, Nov. 19, 1901 at Cumming, at which time he united with the Catholic church.

To this union were born seven children: Winifred, George, Loretta, Catherine, Margaret, and Lois, who are left to comfort the sorrowing wife and mother.

Charles Leroy preceded him in death about two years ago, at the age of 15 years. He also leaves to mourn his going, two half-sisters: Ida Adams and Mettie Smith of Minneapolis; and two half-brothers: Siminon of Omaha, Neb., and George of Oklahoma City; besides a host of other relatives and friends.

Philip was a devoted husband, kind and loving father, a good neighbor and known by all to be a man with a big heart, full of sympathy and respect for others.

Services were held at the home east of Booneville Tuesday at 10 o'clock, and interment was made in Booneville cemetery, where he was laid to rest beside his father, mother and son.
