Wm. Wiedman, a well to do and highly respected citizen of Crawford township died at his home three miles northeast of Patterson on Monday. He had been failing on account of diabetes trouble for the past year or more, the critical stage of his illness having set in about ten days ago. The Wiedman family consist of the wife and six children. The funeral services and burial will be held at Churchville tomorrow morning.

Died at the end of the day, Monday, Sept., 29th, at his home four miles north of Patterson, William Wiedmann. Mr. Wiedmann has been in failing health for a number of years but has been able to be around until within three weeks of his death, which was due to diabetes.
He leaves besides his widow, three sons and three daughters, all of whom were at his bedside, as was also his brothers, John of Churchville and Frank of Chillicothe and a sister, Mrs. Williams of Kansas. In this, his home community we are all sorry to hear “Bill” has gone and our sympathy is sincere and honest for his faithful companion, Belle.
