Burial services were held in the St. Charles cemetery Tuesday afternoon for Joseph Wallace, 86, who died at the county home Sunday.
Mr. Wallace had lived alone in Truro for many years, until last fall when he was taken to the home that he might have better care. He had a number of relatives living in and near St. Charles

Joseph R. Wallace, an early settler of St. Charles, died at the County Home Monday. Mr. Wallace never married.
For many years he lived northeast of St. Mary’s, and then lived in Truro for about 20 years, before going to the Home.
He is survived by several nephews and nieces in the and near St. Charles. Burial was made in the St. Charles cemetery.
