Death of MRS. MILO WARD

Mrs. Sue W. Ward, age 68, wife of Milo Ward, 1805 East Grand Ave., Des Moines, died suddenly at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Helen Valelly at Long Beach, California, early Monday morning, May 26th. Her illness was of short duration terminating in heart failure.

She is survived by her husband, Milo Ward, two daughters, Clara Louise Ward and Mrs. Helen Valelly and one son, Geo. E. Ward. Mrs. Ward was a pioneer resident of East Des Moines.

Mrs. Ward, a cousin of Mrs. Laura J. Miller of this city, is well known to many Winterset people. Mr. Ward lived in Winterset in early manhood and the sympathy of many old friends will be extended to him and his family.
