MRS. ALICE HANRAHAN, WELL KNOWN CRAWFORD TOWNSHIP RESIDENT, DIED WEDNESDAY
Mrs. Alice Ryan Hanrahan, aged 74 years, died at her home, three miles northwest of Bevington, last Wednesday, at 10:30 p.m. Her funeral was held at St. Patrick’s church at nine o’clock a.m. Saturday morning, with interment in St. Patrick’s cemetery. Her pastor, Rev. P. J. Casey of Churchville officiated at the funeral Mass.
She is survived by her three children, Bridgetta, John, and Andrew all of whom are living at home. Her husband preceded her in death eight years.

Mrs. Alice Ryan Hanrahan, 74, lifelong resident of Madison county, died at her home north of Bevington September 23. Mrs. Hanrahan was married in April 1894 to Andrew Hanrahan who died eight years ago.
She leaves her three children, Brigetta, John and Andrew, all at home; two sisters, Mrs. Ellen Spain of Anaheim, California; Mrs. Elizabeth Kiernan of St. Petersburg, Florida, many nieces and nephews.
Services were held at St. Patrick’s church, Irish Settlement, Monday morning at nine o’clock, conducted by her pastor, the Rev. P. J. Casey of Churchville. Burial was in St. Patrick’s cemetery. Pallbearers were six of her nephews, John and Gregory Ryan, Frank and Charles Hanrahan, John Breen and John Kiernan.
