Dotty Jean Teas, 52, of Winterset died Friday, Nov. 4, 2011, at the Winterset Care Center North of complications associated with Muscular Dystrophy.
A memorial service was held Monday, Nov. 7, at Ochiltree Funeral Service & Aftercare in Winterset. Burial will be in the Greenfield Cemetery at a later date. Memorials in her name may be made to the family.
Dotty Jean Endres, the daughter of Lloyd Henry and Dorothy Leone (Farwell) Endres, was born May 7, 1959, in Greenfield. She was a homemaker and enjoyed taking care of everyone’s little children. She was a member of the Church of the Nazarene, and a volunteer at Winterset Care Center North from 2002-2011.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a nephew, Roy Bingham; a great-nephew, Jonathan Scanlan; and a great-niece, Victoria Taylor.
Dotty is survived by her daughters, Amanda Teas of Greenfield, and Faith Graham of Murray; five grandchildren; two sisters, Freda Scanlan and Mickey Jameson; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
