Milo Harvey Adams, 90, of Winterset died Friday, Nov. 4, 2011, at his residence in rural Winterset.
Graveside services and burial were held today at 10:30 a.m. at the Gordon Cemetery in Madison County with Rev. Bill Branson officiating.
Milo was born on Sept. 24, 1921, at Madison County, Iowa to Guy and Inez (Holland) Adams. He had been a lifetime resident of Madison County and had been a handyman. Milo was also a rattlesnake hunter.
He was preceded in death by his brothers, Clayton Adams and Loyd Adams; and sister, Agatha Norgar.
Milo is survived by two sisters, May German of Marshalltown and Lila Kilmer of Winterset; and sister-in-law, Ruby Adams of Winterset.
Funeral arrangements are being handled by McCalley-Collins Funeral Home in Winterset.
