Dorothy A. Gray, 95, died September 13, 2011 at Kavanagh House on 56th St. in Des Moines. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, September 17 at Church of the Nazarene in Winterset with burial at the Winterset Cemetery. Friends may call after 2 p.m. Friday at the church where family will greet friends from 5 to 7 p.m. McCalley-Collins Funeral Home in Winterset is handling arrangements.
Dorothy was born December 16, 1915 to George W. and Marie S. (Niendorf) Roberts in Madison County. She was united in marriage to Ray W. Gray on September 1, 1939 and preceded her in death in 1984.
She is survived by her son, Phillip (Linda); granddaughters, Jill Gray and Brooke (Adam) Boden; and great- granddaughters, Emily and Alissa all of Indianola.
