Page 12Robert Breeding Died Last Tuesday
Robert A. Breeding, life-long Madison County farmer, died at the Madison County Memorial Hospital in Winterset last Tuesday, June 22. He was 89 years of age at death.
Mr. Breeding was born in Madison County on November, 4, 1881, the son of James E. and Lu Sarah Carter Breeding. He received his education in Madison County Schools, and spent his life here as a farmer.
He was affiliated with the Blair Chapel church.
Mr. Breeding is survived by two nephews, J. E. Breeding of Norwalk and Carmen Breeding of Altoona, one niece, Susan K. Martin of St. Charles and one sister-in-law, Grace Breeding of St. Charles. He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother W. H. Breeding, and three sisters, Susie, Della and Ada.
Funeral services were held Saturday, June 26, 1971 at the Kale Funeral Home in Truro, conducted by the Rev. William Andre of St. Charles. Burial was at Blair Chapel.

Robert Albert Breeding died on Tuesday, June 22 at the Madison County Hospital. Services were held on Saturday, June 26. The 2 p.m. services were conducted by the Rev. William Andre of St. Charles. Interment was in Blair Chapel Cemetery in Madison County.
Robert Albert Breeding was born on November 4, 1881, in Madison County. He was the son of James E. and Lu Sarah Carter Breeding. He was affiliated with the Blair Chapel Church and farmed in the area his entire life. He was never married.
Surviving relatives include: two nephews; J. E. Breeding of Norwalk, Carmen Breeding of Altoona; one niece, Sue Kathryn Martin of St. Charles; and sister-in-law, Grace Breeding.
He was preceded in death by: parents; one brother, William Breeding; three sisters, Susie, Della, and Ada Breeding.
