ERNEST LOGAN OF WINTERSET DIES

Ernest Logan of Winterset and Lorimor, died June 26 at the Madison County Memorial Hospital in Winterset. He was 86.

Mr. Logan was born on December 27, 1884 at Salem, Iowa. He had lived in Madison county for the past forty years.

Mr. Logan is survived by one daughter, Dorothy ----- of ------, California, and one son, Cleo Logan of Winterset. He was preceded in death by his wife, Hattie, a son Donahue Logan and a daughter, Mrs. Marie Lake.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, June 29 at 10:00 a.m. at the Collins Funeral Home in Winterset with the Rev. Charles Updike presiding. Burial was made in the Winterset cemetery.
