C. W. Smull passed away at his home in Indianola Sunday morning. He had been seriously ill with heart trouble and dropsy for many months and his death had not been unexpected.
Mr. Smull had lived on his farm 2 1/2 miles east of town for many years, until about four years ago when he moved to Indianola.
Funeral services were held at the U. P. church Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock with the Rev. Carnahan in charge and burial in the St. Charles cemetery.
Mr. Smull was about 60 years of age and is survived by his wife and four children, Arthur and Mrs. Inez Brafford of this place, Mrs. Ada Haas of near Booneville and Dorothy still at home.
