Mary B. King of Prole, died Thursday, November 8 at Winterset Care Center South at the age of 91.
Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Saturday, November 10 at the Church of Assumption in Churchville with Rev. John Richter officiating. The Rosary was held at 8 p.m. Friday, November 9 at the Assumption Hall in Churchville. Burial was at the Calvary Cemetery there.
Born on April 28, 1888 in Madison county, she was the daughter of Michael and Mary Horan Quinn. She was married to Frank King at Churchville, who preceded her in death.
A lifelong resident of Warren County, she was a member of the Churchville Alter Society and the Bevington Garden Club.
Among the survivors are a nephew, John Cassady of Prole and two nieces, Mrs. Mary Dooley of Winterset, and Mrs. Helen Bacon of Boone.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister and an infant son.
