Page 4Services for Michael Hauschildt, 17, son of Mr. and Mrs. Dean Hauschildt of St. Charles, were held Thursday, Sept. 29, at the United Methodist Church in St. Charles. He was killed on Monday, Sept. 26 in a collision of two trucks near Truro.
Hauschildt, a senior at Interstate 35 High School, is survived by his parents, and three brothers, Matthew, David and James. Burial was at St. Charles Cemetery.

Metro page 7Services for Michael Dean Hauschildt, 17, of Route 1, St. Charles, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at St. Charles Parish Church, with burial in the town cemetery there.
He died of injuries suffered in an automobile accident Monday in rural Madison County.
Michael was a senior at Interstate 35 High School and was on the baseball team.
Survivors include his parents, Dean A. and Toni; three brothers, Matthew D., David A. and James A., all at home; his paternal grandmother, Bernice of Des Moines; his maternal grandparents, Dale and Corky Remy of Albia and Patrick and Wanda Walsh of Hutchison, Kan., and his maternal great-grandmothers, Grace Brown of Clear Lake and Jessie Remy of Albia.
The family suggests that any memorial contributions be made to the Interstate 35 High School baseball fund.
