Lanson, the seven year old son of Wesley Howell of Martensdale, died on Saturday morning, Mar. 31st, after a few days' illness. Taken sick Sunday morning, the little fellow's case was finally pronounced as inflammatory rheumatism, death resulting in less than a week.
