Mrs. Haworth, after an illness of two weeks, died at her home in Earlham, Sunday night, March 4th, of pneumonia. She will be greatly missed, not only in the home and by her family, but by the church and community at large. She was very faithful as a pastor's wife in all departments of church work. Her beautiful smile and words of cheer will be missed by all.
The funeral services were conducted at the home on Tuesday by Rev. P. M. Baldwin, pastor of Bear Creek church, Rev. Demaree of Earlham, and Rev. Newby, pastor of the Friends church in Des Moines. .Rev. Haworth and children left Tuesday evening with the remains of the departed wife and mother for Richmond, Ind., where another funeral service occurred and interment was made in the family cemetery near the old home.
