Page 1Henry Clear died at his home six miles north of Winterset last night after a short illness. He is the youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. Ben Clear and was 18 years of age. Funeral services will be held at the home tomorrow afternoon at two o’clock by Rev. F. Clair McCallon, and burial in the Winterset cemetery. More details of his life will be given next week.

Page 4Paul Henry Clear, son of Benjamin and Lena Clear, was born May 13, 1908, and died Wednesday, September 21, 1927, at the age of 18 years, 4 months, and 10 days. Mr. Clear lived for fourteen years, with his parents in Truman, Minnesota, and more recently they have resided on the farm 8 miles north of Winterset. He united with the church at Truman May 16, 1921.
Mr. Clear had not been in good health, but his last illness only lasted a few hours, dying from heart trouble. He is survived by his parents, three brothers, Earl, Guy and Claude, and two sisters, Mrs. Elmer Kitzerow, of Truman, Minnesota, and Mabel, at home. He is also survived by his two grandmothers, Mrs. Nancy Clear, and Mrs. John Heidbreeder, of Winterset.
Funeral services were conducted by Rev. F. Claire McCallon, at the home, Friday afternoon, September 22, and burial was made in the Winterset cemetery.
