Lawrence Leo, the 15 months old son of Mr. and Mrs. Leo Kordick of Scott township, died Thursday afternoon, April 7th, at the Mercy hospital in Des Moines. The little fellow had been ill for some time.

Lawrence leaves a father and mother, two sisters, two brothers and a host of relatives to mourn his loss.

Funeral services were held in Winterset Saturday morning at 9 o’clock from St. Joseph’s church. They were conducted by Rev. Father Plunkett, interment was made at St. Mary’s cemetery near Bridgewater.
