Pamela Ann McKee, 64, of St. Charles died Saturday, Jan. 22, 2011, at Winterset Care Center South.
The family has chosen an immediate cremation. Private services will be held at a later time.
Pamela was born August 6, 1946 to Artis LeRoy and Opal (Negaly) Smith in Leon, Iowa. She graduated from high school with the class of 1963 at Mormon Trail High School in Garden Grove, Iowa. She married her husband Morse Dale McKee on Dec. 12, 1964 in Indianola. They made their home in St. Charles, Iowa, where Pamela was a homemaker.
Preceding her in death include her parents, Artis LeRoy and Opal (Negaly) Smith; and a brother Bob Smith of Leon, Iowa.
She is survived by her husband, Morse of St. Charles; three children, Rodney of Missouri, Robert of Underwood, Iowa, and Carla Swanson of Winterset; a brother, Bill Smith of Idaho; a sister, Pat of Oelwein, Iowa; and nine grandchildren.
