Page 1Miss Stella McKibban, daughter of Mrs. Laura McKibban, of the Macksburg neighborhood, died Saturday, January 15th, at the age of 29 years. Miss McKibban had been ill with pneumonia for four weeks. She was the daughter of the late Will McKibban, who died last February.
Funeral services were conducted by Rev. Athey at the Methodist church in Macksburg Monday afternoon and burial was made in the Clark cemetery in Monroe township.
Miss McKibban is survived by her mother and two brothers, Roy and Everett. More details of her life may be found in the Mortuary column.

Page 5Stella McKibban, daughter of Will and Laura McKibban, was born August 7th, 1897, and departed this life January 15th, 1927, aged 29 years, 5 months and 8 days. She was converted and joined the M.E. church of Macksburg about nine years ago.
She leaves to mourn her loss, her mother, her two brothers, Roy and Everett, and a host of relatives and friends. Her father preceded her in death, dying February 12th, 1926, and a brother, who died in infancy.
She was a patient sufferer and cheerful to the last. Those from Winterset attending the funeral services at the Methodist church in Macksburg Monday afternoon were T. A. Clark, Joe McKibban, Mrs. Clyde Adams, Mrs. Leonard Abraham, Mr. and Mrs. Cash Shaw, Miss Dorothy Leveke and Miss Bernice McKibban.
