Mrs. Mary Ellington died Monday night, July 5th, at the general hospital in Des Moines, after a long illness, at the age of 51 years. Mrs. Ellington formerly lived in Winterset, and is the mother of Mrs. Ray Mills of this place. She had a nervous breakdown several years ago, and she had never been well since. She has recently made her home in Des Moines, but before that she lived in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Funeral services were conducted at Tidrick’s funeral home Wednesday, July 7th at 2 o’clock and she was buried in the Winterset cemetery.
