Pg 1Mrs. Wilson P. Kemplin died Saturday, Oct. 13th, at her home in Winterset at the age of 58 years. Mrs. Kemplin has been in poor helath for the last several years and since last June, has been confined to her bed, where she grew gradually worse until her death. She has spent most of her life in this community, with the exception of two years spent in Nebraska. Before her marriage she was Anetta E. Hendricks.
Funeral services were held at the Baptist church Tuesday morning at ten o’clock, with Rev. Stanley Gillet conducting. Burial was made in the Winterset cemetery. A more complete account of her life is given in the obituary on another page of this paper.

Pg 3Anetta E. Hendricks was born on April 18, 1864, and died at her home in Winterset, Oct. 13, 1923, at the age of 58 years, 5 months and 23 days. She spent most of her life in Iowa, with the exception of two years in Nebraska, where she was united in marriage to Wilson P. Kemplin, who departed this life, Feb. 25, 1914. Mrs. Kemplin united with the Baptist church in 1908. She has been in poor health for several years and was confined to her bed for the last four months.
She leaves to hold her in memory, two sisters, Mrs. D. E. Moats of Lewiston, Idaho and Mrs. Melvin Rhyner of Bone Trail, N. D.; two daughters, Mrs. C. L. Abild of Valley Junction and Mrs. R. F. Webb of Winterset, two sons and two grandchildren, besides a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were conducted at the Baptist church Tuesday morning by the pastor, Rev. Stanley A. Gillett, and the body was laid to rest in the Winterset cemetery.
