Clarence Miles passed away Friday at the home of his sister, Mrs. Ernie Weeks, after an illness of several weeks with typhoid fever. The remains were taken Saturday to his home near Patterson for burial.

Clarence Miles, the third victim of typhoid in this community, died last Wednesday at the Irvy Weeks home. The remains were taken to St. Charles for burial.
