Sudden Death

Earlham Echo:--The death of Alonzo Longmire, proprietor of the Windsor Hotel, occurred today at 1 p.m. as a result of chronic gastritis to which he has been subject for the past five years.

The attack came upon him the preceding evening and weary nature was unable to throw off the attack. The sympathy of the public goes out to the subjects of this sad bereavement.

Note: Burial was made in the Earlham cemetery.
