Services Held For Dean Hood

Funeral services were held at the Overton Funeral Home in Indianola Saturday afternoon, October 21st for Dean Hood of Indianola, a former Winterset resident. Mr. Hood, who was 57, died at this home Thursday. Burial was in the St. Charles Cemetery.

Mr. Hood, who was manager of a service station in Indianola, is survived by his wife, Frances Fife; three sons, Larry, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Jerry, of Perry and Berry of Indianola; two daughters, Mrs. Kay McElroy, of Cedar Rapids and Mrs. Robert Gilmore, of Garden Grove, California; his father, Ralph Hood, of Dexter and three brothers, Wayne, of Dexter, Miles, of Pontiac, Michigan and Paul, of Chesapeake, Virginia; and three grandchildren.
