Page 8Frances Fazel Dies At 91 Years
Mrs. Frances F. Fazel, a life-long resident of Union and Clarke Counties, died Dec. 28 at Memorial Hospital in Winterset. She was 91 years of age.
Mrs. Fazel was the former Frances F. Little, daughter of Alvin and Frances Bennett Little. She was born in Clarke county Sept. 10, 1880. She was married in 1898 to Eddie C. Fazel who preceded her in death.
Early in life she united with the Union church in Clarke county, later transferring her membership to the Christian church at Osceola.
She is survived by two daughters, Nina Fazel of Lorimor and Mrs. Hiram Kirk of Peru; three grandchildren; eight great grandchildren, and a sister, Mrs. Jennie Isenberger of Greely, Colorado.

Page 4, Columns 4 & 5Frances Florence Little, daughter of Alvin and Frances Bennett Little, was born September 10, 1880 in Clarke County, Iowa, and passed away after a short illness, at the Madison County Memorial Hospital at Winterset, Iowa December 28, 1971, at the age of 91 years, three months and 18 days.
In 1898 she was united in marriage to Eddie C. Fazel. To this union were born two children, Miss Nina Fazel and Mrs. Veda Kirk.
Early in life she was united in the Union Church in Clarke County, later transferring her membership to the Christian Church at Osceola, Iowa. Her entire life was spent in Clarke and Union counties. She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, one brother and four sisters.
Those who mourn her passing are her daughters, Miss Nina Fazel of Lorimor, Mrs. Veda Kirk and husband, Hiram, of Peru. Three grandchildren, Mrs. Audrey Lee McDowell and husband, Ted, of Lorimor, Benjamin Wayne Kirk and wife, Sandra, of Peru, Larry Dale Kirk and wife, Mickie of Cedar Rapids; eight great grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Jennie Isenberger, of Greeley, Colorado, and other relatives and friends.
