Lynn Shaklee Funeral Here

Lynn R. Shaklee, a member of the Patterson community, died Wednesday, Dec. 29 at Broadlawns hospital in Des Moines.

Mr. Shaklee was 53 years of age and had been a resident of Des Moines for many years. He was employed as a baker there for the Krispy Crust Bakery.

Mr. Shaklee was born at Patterson, Aug. 24, 1918, a son of Ralph and Mary Etta Salsbury Shaklee. He was a Veteran of World War II.

Nearest surviving relative is a sister, Mrs. Harley Wheeler of Council Bluffs.

Funeral services were held Friday from the Collins Funeral Home in Winterset, conducted by the Rev. William Andre, of St. Charles. Burial was made in the Mt. Pelier cemetery at Patterson, with military ritual by Green - Rogers Post of the American Legion.
