Death of Dr. A. B. Smith

Dr. A. B. Smith, one of Winterset’s old residents and businessmen, died last week in California. Dr. Smith was well known by many of the older citizens. For many years he practiced medicine in Winterset and conducted a drug store in the room now occupied by Ross & Schwaner which building he built in 1876. Interment of the remains were made in California.
