Carl Wayne Clark, 65, 5338 Don Mar St., Apopka, died Monday. Born in Winterset, Iowa, he moved to Apopka from Lakeland, Ga., in 1977.

He was a retired accountant and a member of Forest Lake Seventh-day Adventist Church.

Survivors: wife, Ellen; son, Michael, Altamonte Springs; daughter, Jennifer Trefz, San Bernardino, Calif.; brother, Harold V., Los Altos, Calif.; sisters, Beulah Munger, Bullhead City, Ariz., Grace Mills, Winterset, Gladys Carr, Mount Ayr, Iowa; two grandchildren. Baldwin-Fairchild Funeral Home, Forest City.
