Nettie Lehman, wife of Scott Lehman, died at her home in Patterson on last Saturday, and was buried Sunday from the M.E. church of that place. Obituary notice appears elsewhere in this paper.

Nettie Brown, the adopted daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Brown, was born July 12, 1866. She died April 28, 1900, being 33 years, 9 months and 16 days. She had been an earnest and faithful member of the M.E. church since girlhood, serving as organist for the church here for several years.
She was united in marriage with W. S. Lehman, March 12, 1887. To them have been born six children, five of whom are living, one child having died about eight years ago. Mrs. Lehman was a true and faithful wife, a kind and loving mother; was beloved by all who knew her. She leaves her husband, children, parents and a large circle of friends who will always miss her, but her influence will go on. The funeral was held at the M.E. church, conducted by the pastor, Rev. A. Hancox.
