Page 1INFANT SON of MR. AND MRS. CHARLES PACE
When Mrs. Charles Pace, of Patterson, awakened Monday morning, she was horrified when she reached over for the baby to find it cold. In a moment the agonized parents discovered that the child was lifeless. How long it had been dead could not be conjectured. Mr. and Mrs. Pace live on a farm just east of Patterson, and the baby was only 3 months old. It was healthy and strong, and there was nothing at all the matter with it when they arrived home from a revival meeting at Patterson Sunday evening. The physicians say that its death was caused by apoplexy. The funeral occurred at Patterson Wednesday.
