Obituary

Bob D. Wheeldon, age 54, a resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico for 26 years, passed away at Veterans hospital, August 11, following an illness.

He was a veteran of WWII and a member of the Holy Ghost Catholic church.

He is survived by his wife, Roberta; two daughters, Miss Pam Wheeldon of Gatesville, Texas, Mrs. Vanessa Drake of Albuquerque; a son, Paul Thompkins of Albuquerque; two granddaughters; his mother, Mrs. Opal Wheeldon of Winterset; two brothers, Richard, of Earlham, Ralph, of De Soto; and six sisters, Dorothy Stanley and Betty Boyd of Earlham, Marie Jay and Mary Travis, both of California, Jean Boots of Atlantic, and Ellen Thompson of Lorimor.

He was preceded in death by his father, M. H. (Dick) Wheeldon.
