Obituary

Marilyn Joan Drake, daughter of Claude and Essie Drake was born March 20, 1935 and departed from this life June 19, 1936.

Brief though this wee life her sweet smile and presence will be sadly missed by her twin brother Marian John, her other brothers, Jack, Francis Jr., Glenn and Donovan; also two little sisters Betty Loraine who is seriously ill and Donna Mae; father and mother; four grandparents; uncles, aunts and cousins.

She is not gone she is just away
With a wave of her hand and a smile so sweet
She has wandered into a land complete
And left us dreaming how wonderous fair,
It needs must be since she is there.

Funeral services were held at Richard and Ramsey's funeral home Sunday afternoon at 2:30 conducted by Rev. L. F. Davis. Burial was in the Earlham cemetery.
