Services for Mrs. Olevia H. Smith, 92, of 303 Aven Street, who died March 23 in a Caldwell hospital, were conducted at Morris Hill in Boise, Idaho.
Mrs. Smith was born November 10, 1871, in Earlham, and was reared in Iowa. She was married September 12, 1889 in Earlham to Jeptha Smith, and the couple moved to Boise in 1904. They continued to live in the Boise area until his death March 9, 1944. She since had made her home in Caldwell.
She is survived by three sons, Lester D. Smith, of Caldwell, Theodore Smith of Tucson, Arizona, and Curtis J. Smith of Bremerton, Washington; two daughters, Mrs. Mary Edith Taylor of Boise and Mrs. Anna Clarice Allen of Caldwell; two sisters, Mrs. Paul Monroe of Colfax, and Mrs. Walter Hamm of Hemiston, Oregon, and 14 grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and seven great great grandchildren.
Mrs. Smith was a second cousin of Eudora Sole and Bernard Cook.
