Miss Mary Starkey died Tuesday noon at the home of F. H. Evans in this city. She was an aunt of Mrs. Evans and had been making her home there for a number of years. She was nearly 80 years of age, having been born in 1817. The funeral occurred this morning at 9 a.m. and the remains were laid to rest in the Winterset cemetery.
