Died.—At his home three miles west of Bevington, March 27th, of lung disease, L. M. Nolan, aged 45 years. Mr. Nolan was born in Iowa City. His father settled in Union township when Lawrence was only a lad of fifteen. He lived there until his marriage to Miss Annie O’Hern in 1879. He recently purchased his late home but did not enjoy it, for he has been an invalid for the past two years. He was seriously ill but two weeks and death was surely a release from patient suffering. Besides his wife there remain six children to mourn his loss. The funeral services were conducted Monday by Rev. Molyneaux, and the remains interred at St. Patrick’s cemetery.

The family and relatives of L. M. Nolan wish to thank the employes of the Winterset branch of the R. I. railroad, for their kindness in permitting them to get off at their door.
