Delores Ann Rogers, 73, of Heber Springs, Ark., died June 4, 2008, at Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock, Ark.

Graveside services were held Saturday, June 7, at Cleburne County Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Phillip Smith officiating. Arrangements were handled by Olmstead Funeral Home.

Delores Rogers was born Dec. 3, 1934, in Greenfield to Bernard and Velva Lydon. Delores taught at North Ward and South Ward in the Winterset School District from 1955 to 1970 and had been a resident of Heber Springs since 1975. She was a member of the Methodist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Ralph Rogers.

She is survived by two sons, Richie Rogers of Heber Springs and Michael Rogers of Russellville; two brothers, Lawrence Lydon and Bobby Lydon, both of Iowa; a sister, Arlene Jensen of Iowa; and three grandchildren.
