Wednesday, May 16, 1973ELLA SHOWERS Dies at 51 Years
Ella M. Showers of Winterset died Thursday, May 10, 1973, at Memorial Hospital here. She was 51 years of age.
Miss Showers was a daughter of Chelc G. and Rosaleen Sanders Showers and was born at Yetter, Iowa on May 2, 1922. She had lived in Madison County the lasat 33 years.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Winterset.
Surviving are a sister, Mrs. Helen Callahan of Winterset; two brothers, Frank G. Showers of St. Charles and Chester I. Showers of Melcher.
Funeral services were held Saturday from the First Baptist Church here, conducted by the pastor, the Rev H. E Borum. Burial was made in the Peru Cemetery.
