Death of David Campbell

David M. Campbell, for many years a resident of Union township, passed away at his home one mile northeast of the city on Friday. Funeral services were held from the United Presbyterian church on Sunday afternoon, conducted by his pastor, the Rev. J. H. White. The deceased was born in Pennsylvania in 1827. He is survived by his wife and one daughter, Miss Wilma Campbell who is a teacher in the Winterset schools. He was a man of strict integrity and was endowed with a kindly disposition that endeared him to all who knew him and more especially those who enjoyed his intimate acquaintance.
