JOSIE BROBST TEEMS, Des Moines

Josie Brobst Teems, 83, of Des Moines, died Wednesday at Union Park Health Care. Funeral services will be held 10 a.m., Monday, March 10, 2008 at Hamilton's Southtown Funeral Home, 5400 SW 9th Street; visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Burial will take place in Sunset Cemetery.

Josie was born October 28, 1924 in Pella. She enjoyed going out to eat and shopping with her friends.

Josie is survived by her sisters, Mary Jane Vandermark, Patricia Riggs, Violet Anderson, and Betty Lemon; and her brother, Arthur Brobst.

Transcriber note: Josie was the daughter of Everett Lee Sr and Mable Marie (Wright) Brobst former residents of Madison County.
