BUENOS HARPER Death at 73

A former employee of the Penn Dixie Cement Company, Buenos Emmett Harper, 73, died Tuesday, April 13, 1976, at Madison County Memorial Hospital.

The son of Joseph Harper and Nellie Miller Harper, Buenos was born May 17, 1902. His marriage to Vera Fox took place January 24, 1925, in Hebron, Iowa.

Mr. Harper was affiliated with the Christian Church.

Survivors include his wife, Vera, two daughters, Mary Ellen Tweed of Bellevue, Washington, Marthan Ann Dubosq of Evanston, Illinois, and a son, Jack Harper of Lakewood, Colorado.

Also surviving are 11 grandchildren, a brother, John Harper of Lorimor and a sister, Mrs. Raymond Slight of Des Moines.

Funeral services for Buenos Harper were conducted Friday, April 16, at 10:30 a.m. from Collins Funeral Home in Winterset, Rev. Eldon Jandebeur officiating. Burial was made at the Winterset Cemetery.
