Death of MRS. A.W.C. WEEKS

A letter from Miss Sarah Weeks of 628 East Seventh St., Oklahoma City to relatives here, announces the sudden death of her mother, Mrs. Emily Hatch Weeks, who had not been strong in health in recent years. She was taken ill on Dec. 29th, 1921, with a heart ailment, which had been troubling her and death came on the same day, in a peaceful way. Burial took place on Dec. 31st in Oklahoma City, where the Weeks family have resided since leaving Winterset years ago.

Mrs. Weeks was a daughter of the late Judge Joseph Hatch of Des Moines and a cousin of the late Mrs. W. S. Whedon. She is survived by her husband and two daughters, Miss Sarah and Mrs. Helen White.

The death of Mrs. Weeks, who was a woman of great sweetness and much loved by her many old friends, will bring sorrow to those who knew her and her family.
