Earl, the 8 year old son of Grant & Manda Wilcox died Tuesday morning, August 11. His funeral was conducted on Wednesday by Rev. Smith of St. Charles at Union Chapel. Earl was a bright little boy, whose sunny disposition made him a favorite with all who knew him. Mr. and Mrs. Wilcox wish to thank their friends for the help and sympathy bestowed upon them during their sad bereavement.

Transcriber note: Surname on gravestone is spelled Willcox. Burial in the Union Chapel Cemetery in South township.
