Anna Margaret Lancaster, 91, passed away December 10, 2007 at the Norwalk Nursing and Rehabilitation Center after a lengthy illness.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Hamilton's Southtown Funeral Home. The family will greet friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday evening at the funeral home.

Anna Margaret was born on a farm in Madison County to Carl and Elizabeth Randall on July 3, 1916. She grew up in Des Moines graduating from Lincoln High School and was married to Jack Lancaster for 65 years. She and Jack lived in Goshen, Indiana where she had worked a CTS in Elkhart, Indiana retiring in 1978. Following retirement, she and Jack moved to Avon Park, Florida and after his death, she moved to Norwalk to be closer to her family.

She is survived by her son, Douglas (Barbara) Lancaster of Wolcottville, IN, her sister Lola (Robert) Hill of Norwalk, IA, her two grandchildren, Brian Lancaster of Sherman Oaks, CA and Teresa Turner of Denver, CO; her three great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Anna was interested in crafts, was a member of the Bevington Garden Club, the Norwalk United Methodist Church and was an avid Chicago Cubs and Notre Dame fan. She was preceded in death by her husband Jack, her parents, Elizabeth and Carl Randall and brothers Warren and Bob Randall.
