Juanita Linn, 90, passed away January 22, 2008. Funeral services will be Friday January 25, at 1 p.m. at Merle Hay Funeral Home. Visitation is Thursday January 24 from 6 to 8 p.m.

She was born May 27, 1917 in Winterset to John Frank and Emma McLarnand. She married Lloyd G. Linn August 16, 1937 and had three children. She made her home in Des Moines most of her life. She was employed at Lutheran Hospital for 26 years.

Juanita was preceded in death by her husband Lloyd; her parents; and five siblings. She is survived by her children, R. Lloyd Linn (Lavon), Duane Linn (Janice) and Sheryl Martin (Richard; four grandchildren: Lloyd D. Linn, Rodney, Linn, Julie Linn and Sarah Martin; seven great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and a brother, Wallace.

Juanita will be remembered for her easy-going nature and love of life.
