Obituary

Jacob Jones, while returning to his family in Winterset, was taken sick at Council Bluffs with grip and malarial fever, and died December 21st. He was born in Kentucky in 1831, emigrated to Iowa in 1868, and was married the same fall to Sarah Jane Foshier. He leaves a wife, two sons and two daughters.
