RICHARD BERYL COUCH

Richard Beryl Couch, seventh child of Harvey M. and Jennie B. Couch, was born on a farm near Adel, Iowa, May 27, 1902 and departed this life May 7, 1975 in Earlham.

He spent his early years on a farm. In November 1923 he was married to Golda Lint and to them was born one son. His health has been failing for several years. For the last twenty years he made his home with a sister. He was a resident of Maple Lin nursing home in Earlham for the past few years.

His parents, three brothers and three sisters preceded him in death; one sister, his son, nephews and nieces are left to mourn his passing.

Last rites were held at the Fisher funeral home in Adel on May 10 with Bernard Zylstra officiating and Mrs. Neale Coudron at the organ.

Casket bearers were Carl Burgett, Merritt Emehiser, Ross Miller, John Mitchell, Glenn Reeves and Bill Sandquist.

Interment was in the Oakdale cemetery.
