Page 1DEATH OF IRA TRINDLE
Ira Trindle who has been an invalid for many months, died at his home on North Second Avenue Friday morning, June 7th, at ten o’clock. Mr. Trindle was 68 years of age, and had been ill with arthritis, for several years.
The Rev. B. F. Hamilton conducted his funeral services at the Ramsey-Richards funeral home, Sunday afternoon, June 9th, at 2:30 o’clock, and burial was in the Winterset cemetery.
Mr. Trindle was a son of Mr. and Mrs. John Trindle and was born in Jefferson township June 9, 1868. His wife is the former Miss Mary Brooker and they have made their home in this county, most of the time, since their marriage. A few years were spent in Nebraska, and in 1923 they moved to their residence on the corner of Filmore and North Second avenue, where they have since resided.
In addition to his wife, Mr. Trindle is survived by a brother Sanford Trindle of Madison county and a brother, Robert of Seattle, Washington.
