Funeral services for George Trefzer were held Wednesday morning at the Ramsey Richards funeral home, conducted by the Reverend W. C. Porter.
Mr. Trefzer was 66 years of age at the time of his death. He passed away at the county home, June 29th, following a second stroke of paralysis. The first stroke came while he was at the C. S. Crawford home in April 1930. He was taken to Iowa City and then to the county home in May 1930.
He came here from Milo and worked for C. S. Crawford. He is survived by a sister-in-law at Cleveland and a niece in Kansas City.
